Dr. Hesham Stet chaired the Ordinary General Assembly of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Trading Company “ EPTC” , in the presence of Dr. Osama AbdelBasset, Chairman and CEO of the Egyptian Company for Medical Investments.

The meeting was held after a quorum was reached to consider the restructuring of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Trading Company , following the resignation of Dr. Abu El-Fotouh El-Tawil, Chairman and CEO.

The Ordinary General Assembly accepted the resignation of Dr. Abu El-Fotouh El-Tawil, Chairman and CEO, and resolved to restructure the Board as follows:

- Dr. Walid Saada - Chairman and CEO

- Mr. Hossam Heiba ​​- Board Member

- Mr. Ibrahim Shalaby - Board Member

- Mr. Khaled El-Leithy - Board Member

- Ms. Heba El-Shafei - Board Member

- Dr. Farid Loundy - Board Member

The Ordinary General Assembly also expressed its thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abu El-Fotouh El-Tawil for his service as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
